(More customer reviews)I love this smoker. I did have experience with a genuine Cookin Cajin from the company Brinkman purchased. It was a little more heavy-duty, but as far as results go, the Brinkmann is every bit as good. Assembly proved to be slightly annoying. The screws and nuts were tiny and difficult to thread and the main cylinder was slightly out of round. Once assembled, however, the performance is excellent. I've used it a dozen times already, with very tastey results.
