(More customer reviews)Candle Lite #2445900 Smoke Eater Candle I called & Emailed 5 times prior to these being shipped to CANCEL. AMZ acknowledged me each time, but the Seller never Called, Emailed or responded to my Voice Mails until after the, already CANCELED x5's, order arrived at my home, ALL BUSTED UP! The Candles are of course in Glass and the packaging was for....,well you get my meaning. Everything was in shambles. Busted Glass everywhere, even though the package was clearly marked FRAGILE/GLASS/HANDLE WITH CARE, in color & on a large sticker. The point is the Seller should of never Shipped it and should of returned my calls/voice mails/Emails through AMZ. I felt as if the Seller was Shoving the Order Down My Throat. After calling AMZ A-Z Guarantee department, the matter got resolved w/credit coming back, but now I have to take the busted up package to a UPS Office/Box and ship it back. Just a BIG Hassel with this Seller all the way around the block-Not Business like!
