(More customer reviews)I tried smoking it and brewing it and only ended up getting a headache from both. I have no idea why I get a headache from this stuff but if you're looking for a cigarette substitute or relaxing tea, I personally found these to be neither, simply just a nicely spiced herb scent that induces headaches when ingested. Everyone's body chemistry is different however.
