The biggest problem is that some of the bars are horizontal and some are vertical, making it hard for the bird to climb on the front and the back. It was supposed to come with the playpen thing on top, but they forgot the perch. Then it was a huge hassle to get them to send it to me. The one they sent really doesn't match the other two perches and doesn't fit quite right. It is very easy to clean, which I like a lot. I'm not so sure about the design of where the food is. My bird is constantly standing in the water and has pooped in both. Maybe that's normal, this is my first bird. All in all, I am happy with the purchase and the cockatiel seems to like it. Oh, one more thing, the grate at the bottom doesn't fit right either. It is pretty warped. Luckily the bird doesn't walk around down there too much!

(More customer reviews)Well, it's wobbly and rickety and seems loosely put together (once you put it together), but it does in fact hold together pretty well, though you should probably move it from one place to another with your hand underneath it, just in case. And, unlike some other cages I looked at for around the same price, the slide-out bottom tray is under a wire floor, which is much healthier than the flat plastic floor of those other cages. It is smaller than I recommend even for one parakeet (I mostly use it as a travel/transport cage, since my keets' regular cage is too large to travel casually), but if you need something passable at a decent price, you could definitely do worse than this.

(More customer reviews)The wiring for the cage is weak, the perches are of plastic material and provides little support or stability. The cage is large and roomy for the price and it's a great buy if you're not interested in quality and are more interested in saving some money. My concern is that the lid is not in alignment with the cage. I also have some safety concerns due to the poor construction of the cage and will be sending the product back; time and money I really didn't want to spend. Hope this is of some service to anyone looking to purchase this cage.
