(More customer reviews)I used the Cherry Chunks on a ECB for a boston butt yesterday. The wood smelled great as soon as I opened the package. The only reason I give this 4 stars instead of 5 was because this is not actually a 5 pound bag. Its 3.75 pounds. Once I noticed that, I felt I had overpaid. While this wood is nice, I'm not convinced I need to shell out more for this than 10 pounds of charcoal.
