(More customer reviews)Now my initial reaction of this product was terrible, but I never felt better being wrong in my life. The first hookah from this supplier came and the entire top of the base was all chipped! I was very upset and sent an email to the supplier. After a few days of emailing back and forth, he apologized for the trouble and send me a brand new hookah to replace it and told me to keep the other one for parts! I am very satisfied with this new hookah, now that it isnt all chipped. It smokes great and the flavors are great!
