(More customer reviews)I was not happy with this fogger when I got it. It did not generate enough fog for me though it did make fog so I can be accused of being picky. The problem I had was that the seller (Not Amazon but a retailer) hardly wanted to answer me regarding returning this item, and in the end told me that it has to be "unused" in order for me to return it. Well, I think I have to first "use" it to see that I am unhappy with it and want to return it.
I have been buying from Amazon for a while and intend to keep doing so, but I think they have little control over external vendors and their policies. I plan on only buy items in my cart that state "shipped from and sold by Amazon".
