(More customer reviews)I have been using Camerons stovetop smoker for awhile but wanted an option for when I have a large volume of food to make for get togethers. I tried these bags using my favorite rib recipe and they came out better than when I've made them on the stovetop. Because the bag is sealed so well, any moisture from marinade or adding apple cider (as I do with my ribs) makes the meat even more "fall off the bone" tender with the excellent flavor of hickory smoked BBQ. While the bags are a bit pricey (amounts to $3/bag), they are worth it as you don't have much clean up, you simply throw away the bag. On the "green" front, I believe these are recyclable as they are aluminum foil? But not sure. Would be good for Camerons to let the customer know that when after all Emeril now has his "green" show.
Highly recommend for first time "smokers" as the wood is in the bag and all you need is the oven.
