(More customer reviews)Purchased these bags as an alternative choice, but what a great product. Wasn't too sure about cooking in a bag and what it could add. I was amazed. Our thought was to use them in the winter time when outdoor grilling becomes more challenging. Put a two pound slab of salmon in the bag, closed it up and stuck it in the oven. Following directions, which are simple but could be easier to find, we took the fish out of the oven, opened the bag. There before us was a fully cooked salmon with delicious hickory flavor, moist and juicy. After dinner, just folded up the bag and tossed it in the trash, clean-up done. We did add some William-Sonoma fish seasoning to the salmon prior to placing it in the bag. The bag is similar to one of those insulated bags, but thinner. Studier enough to cook fish, haven't tried beef or other meat. That's next. I would recommend these bags, brings outdoor smoking inside without the mess or smoke.
