(More customer reviews)While this product is not perfect, it is better than anything else I have used. For things that have not been cleaned in a long time, it still takes some scraping, but at least it comes off. Considering the cost, it is a bit expensive, especially if you use it daily (as they suggest). But I think for most of us "regular" users, the occasional cleaning is much easier than before.
