(More customer reviews)I was a little skeptical prior to purchase when I noticed that the stainless steel Flavorizer Bars (20 ga.) were an aftermarket product, but upon arrival, the product fit perfectly and the price was right. I compared the weight, gauge and quality to my old and worn down bars, and these were almost exact except for the minor difference in slope. The only improvement I would suggest for this product would be to grind down the sharp edges. I will definitely purchase this product in the future, but I'm sure it won't be for many years!

(More customer reviews)the porcelain bars that came with the unit are first to corrode and disintegrate. I'm willing to give stainless steel a try at this price. they are pretty thin metal though and imagine they will have a finite life as well. In just a couple weeks they are blackened and not shiny anymore. If they hold up for a couple of years that would be great. There is a thicker version, but I am not sure it is worth the extra bucks. I can see the importance of these as they protect the burner holes from getting mucked up. Before I put these in I wire brushed the burner tube to make sure all of the openings were clear.

Aftermarket Flavorizer Bars, Model 7540, (16 Ga.), with Stainless Tongs Review

(More customer reviews)These do *not* fit the Geneis E-310/E-320 grill (2011 model). The bars in that Genesis model are 17.5" end-to-end (and not square on the ends--the top of the triangle measures 16.5" end-to-end). These bars are 25.5" end-to-end and won't fit in the Genesis E-310 unless you can find somebody who can cut the thick sheet metal to shorten them.

Charbroil Hickory Wood Chips, 2 Pound Bag Review

(More customer reviews)I find this real convenient for the occasional smokeout. Ok so I may not be an avid Q'er but these chips release their essence over a pretty long period when soaked long enough. Because they are chips, my preheat time is a lot less than logs or chunks. I usually soak in lukewarm water for 10 minutes or half hour in cold water and put em in little home-made al-foil packets with holes. The warm water actually softens the wood more so the smoke is long and slow. Really great on ribs and poultry. So good am now a repeat buyer.

As I have used the Brinkman for over 15 years now, I have always been of the opinion that the covers are a little light on material. Nonetheless, it lasts for a reasonable period of time before needing replacement, and protects the cooker very well. Could not find it in the Sacramento area (cooker - yes, cover - no) so came to my trusty Amazon. Bingo. Denny and Kathy's Superstore sent the cover so it arrived earlier than shown on the order and, the price was absolutely the lowest I could find anywhere!!! Great job as usual Amazon.
