(More customer reviews)This is the second purchase of these Camerons smoke chips. I purchased the Mesquite and they were great. The Hickory is terrible. I don't know if I got an old batch or they just don't work as good as the Mesquite. There was barely any smell and no smoke. I emailed Camerons Corp but got nowhere. If you like the smoke flavor and scent, try something other than Hickory or Hickory made by a different company. Maybe Cameron's Hickory isn't as good as the other woods as it is the cheapest.
